Does this really decrease the pain caused by neuralgia?

I just had the 2nd injection applied and I been in bed rest for over two weeks I contact my grandmom in Mex and she told me to buy it now I started walking and feel like I can start putting some weight on my leg it was hard to find it in the US and it hurts but its worth it it deff does work
